Coconut Oil and Cannabis Capsule – A Medical Miracle?

Humans have cultivated and used the flowering tops of the female cannabis plant, known colloquially as marijuana, since history was recorded. Archaeologists in Central Asia even found over 2 pounds of cannabis in a 2,700 year-old grave of a shaman.
Written and pictorial evidence of cannabis use is scattered throughout numerous cultures indicating a wide acceptance and use of the plant for thousands of years.
Drug Classification Halts Use
Federal prohibitions outlawing the therapeutic and recreational use of cannabis were first imposed by Congress with the Marijuana Tax Act of 1937. Later, the plant’s organic compounds (cannabinoids) were classified as a Schedule I substance under the Controlled Substances Act of 1970.

This classification puts the plant in the same pool as heroin and states that cannabis possesses “a high potential for abuse … no currently accepted medical use … [and] a lack of accepted safety for the use of the drug … under medical supervision.”
In contrast, cocaine and methamphetamine – illegal for recreational use, may be consumed under a doctors supervision and are classified as Schedule II drugs. Examples of Schedule III and IV drugs include anabolic steroids and Valium. Analgesics that contain codeine are defined by law as Schedule V drugs, the most lenient classification.
In Support of Therapeutic Use
Federal lawmakers continue to use the dated drug classification as a means to defend criminalization of marijuana. However, there appears to be very little scientific basis for the categorization of the plant. As its prohibition has passed 75 years, researchers continue to study the therapeutic properties of cannabis.
There are over 20,000 published reviews and studies in scientific literature that pertain to the cannabis plant and its cannabinoids, almost one-third of these have been published in the last 4 years. A keyword search on PubMed Central (the US government library of peer-reviewed scientific research) shows 2,100 studies alone since 2011.
Modern culture is now catching up on what our ancestors knew, and public opinion and relaxing state legislation are leading the way for more people to use medicinal marijuana for a wide number of medical conditions. At present, marijuana for medical purposes is legal in 20 states and the District of Columbia.
While the debate continues to boil at both state and federal levels, there has been a strong and growing trend of acceptance related to the growing body of scientific evidence indicating that marijuana may indeed contain some powerful medicinal properties that we would be foolish to overlook.
Joycelyn Elders, MD, former US Surgeon General, wrote the following in a Mar. 26, 2004 article titled “Myths About Medical Marijuana,” published in the Providence Journal:
“The evidence is overwhelming that marijuana can relieve certain types of pain, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms caused by such illnesses as multiple sclerosis, cancer and AIDS — or by the harsh drugs sometimes used to treat them. And it can do so with remarkable safety. Indeed, marijuana is less toxic than many of the drugs that physicians prescribe every day.”
Ray Cavanaugh, PhD, National Director of the American Alliance for Medical Cannabis (AAMC), wrote the following in a 2002 article titled “The Plight of the Chronically Ill,” posted on the AAMC website:
“Many of the chronically ill have successfully sought relief with the use of medical cannabis, an age-old remedy that now shows real scientific efficacy. Hundreds of thousands of the sick have replaced disabling narcotics and other psychotropic medications with nontoxic and benign cannabis. The anecdotal evidence is overwhelming. Folks with spinal injuries able to give up their walkers, AIDS patients able to gain weight and keep their medications down, cancer patients finding relief from the terrible nausea of chemotherapy, chronic pain patients once again functional with their consciousness restored from narcotic lethargy, and folks once disabled from crippling psychiatric disorders and addictions, returned to sanity and society with the assistance of a nontoxic herb with remarkable healing powers.”
The American Nurses Association (ANA) wrote the following in its Mar. 19, 2004 “Position Statement: Providing Patients Safe Access to Therapeutic Marijuana/Cannabis,” posted on the ANA website:
“The American Nurses Association (ANA) recognizes that patients should have safe access to therapeutic marijuana/cannabis. Cannabis or marijuana has been used medicinally for centuries. It has been shown to be effective in treating a wide range of symptoms and conditions.”
Researchers at the University of California Center for Medicinal Cannabis Research announced findings from a number of randomized, placebo controlled clinical trials on the medical utility of inhaled cannabis in 2010.
The studies used the FDA ‘gold standard’ clinical trial design and reported that marijuana should be the “first line of treatment” for patients suffering from neuropathy and other serious illnesses.
Neuropathy is a type of pain associated with diabetes, cancer, spinal cord injuries, HIV/AIDS and other debilitating conditions. The trials indicated that marijuana controlled pain as good or better than available medications.
Scientists continue to study the effectiveness of cannabinoids all over the world. In Germany there have been over 37 controlled studies, with over 2,500 subjects, assessing the safety and efficacy of marijuana, since 2005. In contrast, most FDA-approved drugs go through far fewer trials with less subjects but are approved for use.
The research on cannabis has shifted from studying its ability to alleviate symptoms of disease such as nausea associated with chemotherapy to its potential role in modifying disease. Medical marijuana has been shown to slow the onset of Alzheimers disease and moderate autoimmune disorders including multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease and rheumatoid arthritis.
Cannabis and Coconut Oil
Medical marijuana capsules infused in coconut oil are an alternative way to therapeutically use cannabis without having to inhale it through smoking. Infusing cannabis into coconut oil also allows for easy entry into the liver where it can be rapidly processed.
Coconut oil is used because of its high amount of essential fatty acids which makes it a good binding agent for the cannabinoids. Not to mention its amazing health properties. Half of the fat in coconut oil is comprised of a fat that is not frequently found in nature, lauric acid.
Lauric acid has been called a “miracle” ingredient due to its health promoting capabilities and is present in a mother’s milk. In fact, it can be found in only three dietary sources—small amounts in butterfat and larger amounts in palm kernel and coconut oil.
In the body, lauric acid is converted to monolaurin, which is a potent antiviral, antibacterial and antiprotozoal substance. Because monolaurin is a monoglyceride, it can destroy lipid-coated viruses including measles, influenza, HIV, herpes and a number of pathogenic bacteria.
Testimony – A Success Story
While many remain suspicious of the therapeutic benefits of cannabis, Stan and Barb Rutner are convinced of its efficacy. This couple has stood in the face of cancer a number of times and survived to learn from their experiences.
Barb had two bouts of breast cancer and Stan was diagnosed 20 years ago with non-Hodgkin lymphoma which, after treatment, disappeared. However, in 2011, it returned. Cancerous nodes in his lungs were diagnosed and later he was told that the cancer was in his brain. The outlook was grim indeed.
medical marijuanaAs he went through the harsh treatment of chemotherapy and radiation, Stan and his family wanted to find a natural solution that would help improve his quality of life and even prolong it. Hearing that cannabis was effective in helping with the pain and other effects of chemotherapy for cancer patients they were more than open to give it a try. According to Stan and Barb, medical cannabis was the golden ticket.
The Rutners daughter, Corinne and her husband did some research and it was decided that daytime cannabis capsule infused in coconut oil would be a good choice. After two weeks of taking the capsule, Stan was able to give up his oxygen tank that he was tied to around the clock. He began to gain weight, sleep better and get stronger overall. After several months, a brain scan revealed that Stan was completely cancer free.
The Rutners are convinced that cannabis works as an anti-cancer medicine. According to John, the Rutners son-in-law, “There is no doubt in my mind that cannabis pulled my father-in-law out of the wasting stages of cancer and enabled him to gain strength and in turn fight this horrible cell malfunction with success. While many would say that the chemo and radiation could have played apart, he would never have lived long enough to find out without cannabis oil.”

Still Believe Nature Got It Wrong? Top 10 Health Benefits of Cannabis.

There is no plant on Earth more condemned than Cannabis. We’re talking about a living organism which governments have taken upon themselves to designate as an illegal substance. Despite no existing evidence of anyone ever dying of a marijuana overdose, possession of this plant is still illegal in many parts. Cannabis has been found to suppress cancer, reduce blood pressure, treat glaucoma, alleviate pain and even inhibit HIV. It is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective. Can you understand more now why it’s illegal?

No Independent Study Has Ever Linked Marijuana To Psychosocial Problems

Cannabis is one of the most powerful healing plants on the planet. Dozens of studies have made pseudoscientific attempts to indicate that young people who use cannabis tend to experience psychological, social problems and mental decline. However, there is no evidence that marijuana use is directly linked with such problems, according to the results of a study published in The Lancet.

“Currently, there is no strong evidence that use of cannabis of itself causes psychological or social problems,” such as mental illness or school failure, lead study author Dr. John Macleod of the University of Birmingham in the UK told Reuters Health.
“There is a great deal of evidence that cannabis use is associated with these things, but this association could have several explanations,” he said, citing factors such as adversity in early life, which may itself be associated with cannabis use and psychosocial problems.
Macleod and his team reviewed 48 long-term studies, 16 of which provided the highest quality information about the association between illicit drug use reported by people 25 years old or younger and later psychological or social problems. Most of the drug-specific results involved cannabis use.
Cannabis use was not consistently associated with violent or antisocial behavior, or with psychological problems.
In another study, Scientists from King’s College, London, found occasional pot use could actually improve concentration levels.
The study, carried in the American Journal of Epidemiology, tested the mental function and memory of nearly 9,000 Britons at age 50 and found that those who had used illegal drugs as recently as in their 40s did just as well, or slightly better, on the tests than peers who had never used drugs.
‘Overall, at the population level, the results seem to suggest that past or even current illicit drug use is not necessarily associated with impaired cognitive functioning in early middle age,’ said lead researcher Dr Alex Dregan.
Dr Dregan’s team used data on 8,992 42-year-olds participating in a UK national health study, who were asked if they had ever used any of 12 illegal drugs. Then, at the age of 50, they took standard tests of memory, attention and other cognitive abilities.
Overall, the study found, there was no evidence that current or past drug users had poorer mental performance. In fact, when current and past users were lumped together, their test scores tended to be higher.

The Age of Deception is Ending

In 2003, the U.S. Government as represented by the Department of Health and Human Services filed for, and was awarded a patent on cannabinoids. The reason? Because research into cannabinoids allowed pharmaceutical companies to acquire practical knowledge on one of the most powerful antioxidants and neuroprotectants known to the natural world.
?
The U.S. Patent 6630507 was specifically initiated when researchers found that cannabinoids had specific antioxidant properties making them useful in the treatment and prophylaxis of wide variety of oxidation associated diseases, such as ischemic, age-related, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The cannabinoids are found to have particular application as neuroprotectants, for example in limiting neurological damage following ischemic insults, such as stroke and trauma, or in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and HIV dementia. Nonpsychoactive cannabinoids, such as cannabidoil, are particularly advantageous to use because they avoid toxicity that is encountered with psychoactive cannabinoids at high doses useful in the method of the present invention.
In a historic and significant moment in American history, last November, Colorado became the first US state to legalize marijuana for recreational use. The impact of the decision could ripple across the entire country with vast opportunities to educate millions on the top health benefits of marijuana.
With the passage of I-502 in the 2012 Washington State election, marijuana also became legal in Washington–not just for medical use, but also for recreational use. Weed is still illegal as far as the United States government is concerned, but Washington and Colorado both have yet to figure out how that will work. It’s certain that this issue will continue to evolve and smooth out as time goes by, but the remaining states will eventually follow suit or be left behind with outdated laws.

Top Health Benefits

It’s no surprise that the United States has decreed that marijuana has no accepted medical use
and should remain classified as a highly dangerous drug like heroin. Accepting and promoting the powerful health benefits of marijuana would instantly cut huge profits geared towards cancer treatment and the U.S. would have to admit it imprisons the population for no cause. Nearly half of all drug arrests in the United States are for marijuana.

According to MarijuanaNews.com editor Richard Cowan, the answer is because it is a threat to cannabis prohibition “…there really is massive proof that the suppression of medical cannabis represents the greatest failure of the institutions of a free society, medicine, journalism, science, and our fundamental values,” Cowan notes.
Besides the top 10 health benefits below, findings published in the journal PLoS ONE, researchers have now have now discovered that marijuana-like chemicals trigger receptors on human immune cells that can directly inhibit a type of human immuno-deficiency virus (HIV) found in late-stage AIDS.
Recent studies have even shown it to be an effective atypical anti-psychotic in treating schizophrenia, a disease many other studies have inconsistently found it causing.

1. Cancer
Cannabinoids, the active components of marijuana, inhibit tumor growth in laboratory animals and also kill cancer cells. Western governments have known this for a long time yet they continued to suppress the information so that cannabis prohibition and the profits generated by the drug industry proliferated.
THC that targets cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 is similar in function to endocannabinoids, which are cannabinoids that are naturally produced in the body and activate these receptors. The researchers suggest that THC or other designer agents that activate these receptors might be used in a targeted fashion to treat lung cancer.

2. Tourette’s Syndrome
Tourette’s syndrome is a neurological condition characterized by uncontrollable facial grimaces, tics, and involuntary grunts, snorts and shouts.
Dr. Kirsten Mueller-Vahl of the Hanover Medical College in Germany led a team that investigated the effects of chemicals called cannabinols in 12 adult Tourette’s patients. A single dose of the cannabinol produced a significant reduction in symptoms for several hours compared to placebo, the researchers reported.

3. Seizures
Marijuana is a muscle relaxant and has “antispasmodic” qualities that have proven to be a very effective treatment for seizures. There are actually countless cases of people suffering from seizures that have only been able to function better through the use of marijuana.

4. Migraines
Since medicinal marijuana was legalized in California, doctors have reported that they have been able to treat more than 300,000 cases of migraines that conventional medicine couldn’t through marijuana.

5. Glaucoma
Marijuana’s treatment of glaucoma has been one of the best documented. There isn’t a single valid study that exists that disproves marijuana’s very powerful and popular effects on glaucoma patients.

6. Multiple Sclerosis
Marijuana’s effects on multiple sclerosis patients became better documented when former talk-show host, Montel Williams began to use pot to treat his MS. Marijuana works to stop the neurological effects and muscle spasms that come from the fatal disease.

7. ADD and ADHD
A well documented USC study done about a year ago showed that marijuana is not only a perfect alternative for Ritalin but treats the disorder without any of the negative side effects of the pharmaceutical.

8. IBS and Crohn’s
Marijuana has shown that it can help with symptoms of the chronic diseases as it stops nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.

9. Alzheimer’s
Despite what you may have heard about marijuana’s effects on the brain, the Scripps Institute, in 2006, proved that the THC found in marijuana works to prevent Alzheimer’s by blocking the deposits in the brain that cause the disease.

10. Premenstrual Syndrome
Just like marijuana is used to treat IBS, it can be used to treat the cramps and discomfort that causes PMS symptoms. Using marijuana for PMS actually goes all the way back to Queen Victoria.
Mounting Evidence Suggests Raw Cannabis is Best Cannabinoids can prevent cancer, reduce heart attacks by 66% and insulin dependent diabetes by 58%. Cannabis clinician Dr. William Courtney recommends drinking 4 – 8 ounces of raw flower and leaf juice from any Hemp plant, 5 mg of Cannabidiol (CBD) per kg of body weight, a salad of Hemp seed sprouts and 50 mg of THC taken in 5 daily doses.
Why raw? Heat destroys certain enzymes and nutrients in plants. Incorporating raw cannabis allows for a greater availability of those elements. Those who require large amounts of cannabinoids without the psychoactive effects need to look no further than raw cannabis. In this capacity, it can be used at 60 times more tolerance than if it were heated.
Raw cannabis is considered by many experts as a dietary essential. As a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, raw cannabis may be right u there with garlic and tumeric.

Hemp Declared Next ‘It’ Food; Finally Overcomes Marijuana Misnomer

Hemp does give a damn about its bad reputation. This particularly trusty strain of Cannabis has been besmirched by its illicit cousin marijuana, a cultivar of Cannabis that is smoked for recreational purposes. Hemp has a microscopic and harmless amount of THC—the chemical in marijuana that gets you high—and has an extremely versatile skill set.

From nutritious foodstuffs to composite plastics for automobiles, hemp can be used for more than kitschy, hippy jewelry. In addition to its wide range of applications, the hemp crop is easily cultivated; its water and soil purification properties help to renew farm fields and can even kill weeds. Unfortunately, industrial hemp has been illegal to grow in the U.S. since 1958—save Colorado, of course—and can only be enjoyed legally by importing hemp products from Canada or other parts of the world.

There are thousands of possible uses for hemp, but the most beneficial purpose is hemp foods. Forty-four percent of the hemp seed is edible oils, and they’re chock full of essential fatty acids like Omega-6 and Omega-3.

Sharon Palmer, RD, dietitian and author of The Plant-Powered Diet, told us that “Plant Omega-3s have heart health and anti-inflammatory benefits.” She explained the plethora of ways hemp can be infused in a diet, too. “With its soft, sesame seed-like appearance and nutty flavor, you can sprinkle hemp seeds into cereals, salads, breads, casseroles, and desserts.”

Palmer said the hemp/weed confusion “was more prevalent in the past, but people are starting to get it more now. It’s a different breed of plant than marijuana.” The world’s largest hemp food manufacturer is Manitoba Harvest in Canada, where industrial hemp is legal to grow. They plant, harvest, and manufacture hemp for products like edible hemp seeds, hemp oils for cooking, and were the first to successfully develop water soluble hemp protein powder for shakes and smoothies. Manitoba Harvest offers both certified organic and natural hemp products with a THC content of less than 10 parts per million.

Simply put, hemp is remarkably healthy and starting to break free from antiquated fallacies. Palmer thinks its been a long time coming. “I think hemp is the next ‘it’ food—it has been for a while,” she said. “I don’t think it will be a flash in the pan; it has historical, nutritional, and sustainable significance.”

HEMP for HEALTH....HEMP for LIFE!

Hemp has a variety of uses, but you can also obtain many health benefits from it by making it a part of your daily diet.
Hemp can provide you with a complete protein, and a balanced ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids. It also contains many B vitamins, vitamins A, D and E, calcium, sodium, iron and dietary fiber. Hence, hemp seeds can supply you with all your dietary needs for optimum health.

1. A Healthy Heart
The essential fatty acids contained in hemp can reduce blood cholesterol to prevent plaque buildup in the arteries. Plaque buildup can contribute to atherosclerosis, which is the hardening of the arteries and eventually can cause heart attacks and stroke. The fatty acids help to reduce inflammation that can cause poor blood circulation and high blood pressure. Therefore hemp can reduce the workload of the heart, and as a result helps to prevent heart disease and stroke.

2. A Healthy Mind
Your brain contains a lot of the same essential fatty acids which are found in hemp. Therefore, hemp can help to improve your memory, and prevent diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Hemp seeds can also help to improve your moods, alleviate symptoms of depression and reduce anxiety and stress levels.

3. Healthy Skin
Hemp oil is often used for cosmetic purposes in products such as soaps, skin lotions and lip balms. This is because the oil helps to penetrate into the layers of the skin to promote new cell growth for a softer and smoother skin. Hemp can also help to clear up skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dry skin.

4. Weight Loss
Hemp is a natural appetite suppressant, and helps you to feel full longer. Adding 4 tablespoons of hemp seeds to your breakfast can help to reduce your food cravings for the rest of the day. On top of that you will have lots of energy for exercise and other activities to help you lose weight.

5. Digestive Disorders
The high amount of fiber that is contained in hemp seeds can help to keep your digestive tract clean and healthy. As a result you can eliminate digestive disorders such as bloating and constipation.

6. Prevent Cancer
A healthy digestive system along with the antioxidants and plant sterols contained in hemp can help to reduce your risk of breast, colon and prostate cancers.

7. Diabetes
Hemp seeds are also essential if you are diabetic, or are at risk for diabetes, as they can help to control your blood sugar levels. This is due to the healthy fats which help the body to absorb the glucose from the bloodstream and turn it into energy. As a result, energy levels will increase and sweet cravings will decrease.
Hemp seeds can be added to your smoothies, sprinkled in cereals, salads and dips, or you can substitute them for nuts in your baking. They are also great for making hemp seed milk, for sprouting or to be ground into a meal.

The oil contained in the hemp seed is 75-80% polyunsaturated fatty acids (the good fats) and only 9-11% of the lesser desired saturated fatty acids. Hemp seed oil is reputed to be the most unsaturated oil derived from the plant kingdom. The essential fatty acids (EFAs) contained in hemp seed oil are deemed essential because our bodies do not naturally produce them. This means that they must be obtained from the food we eat.

Most health organizations agree that the human body needs a 3 or 4:1 balance of omega 6 over omega 3. Hemp seed is the only seed where this ideal balance occurs. It does not occur in flax, almond, walnut, soybean or olive oil. Daily use of flax seed can lead to dangerous imbalances since flax seed oil has a balance of 1:4 instead of a healthy 4:1 omega-6 over omega-3.

EFAs are involved with producing life's energy throughout the human body and without them, life is not possible. In general, North Americans have a high dietary deficiency in EFAs due to their high intake of processed foods and meats.

Extensive studies have demonstrated that many common illnesses are related to deficiencies or imbalances of specific fatty acids in the body. Symptoms are often related to a lack of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids and their derivatives, the postaglandins.

It has been proven in several clinical studies that dietary supplementation with EFAs or their metabolites (such as GLA) will often prevent or even cure many forms of illness.

The Healing Wonders of Hemp

Hemp foods are, now more than ever, one of the fastest growing demands by consumers today. With food allergies on the rise, natural, unprocessed, raw and organic foods are widely becoming the new norm. As an agricultural crop, Hemp is the #1 plant-based Superfood today! It offers an exceptional alternative to dairy, nuts and soy. It’s vegan and gluten-free. Hemp is sustainable, non-GMO and grown without herbicides, pesticides, and with no known allergens.

Did you know, a human being needs 21 amino acids to survive?

Eight are essential and must be obtained from food; two are conditionally essential and can be synthesized if all the eight essential amino acids are consumed. No other plant or animal source, aside from HEMP, contains the first ten amino acids that are necessary for health. Hemp provides the perfect balance of omega 3 & 6 fatty acids; excellent source of vegetarian protein; rich in Vitamin E; protects skin from excessive sun exposure; excels in minerals and sulfur-bearing amino acids (helping liver, nervous system, immune system, cardiovascular health); a nutrient dense super food.Nature has provided the essential nutrients for restoring and maintaining optimal health in a power-packed seed that is gluten, cholesterol and sugar free. Pure, natural, raw HEMP seed - the BEST single food source of protein, essential fats, vitamins and enzymes on the planet.

Have You Had Your Hemp Today?

Hemp Seed is Nature’s Perfect High Protein Food with a Wide Variety of Benefits!

• Hemp protein is the gift of the vegetable
world. No where else in nature can someone
get a more complete protein source from
one place.

• Hemp seeds contain up to 36% protein.

• The protein in hemp seed is comprised of
approximately 65% of Edestin and can be
found only in hemp seed protein.

• Edestin aids digestion, is low in phosphorus
and is considered the backbone of human cellular DNA.

• The other one third of hemp seed protein is Albumin, another high quality globulin protein similar to that found in egg whites.

• Since hemp seed protein is 65% globulin Edistin, and also includes albumin, its
protein is readily available in a form quite similar to that found in blood plasma.

• Hemp protein contains all 20 known amino acids including the 8 essential and 2
semi-essential amino acids (EAA’s) our bodies cannot produce. Proteins are
considered complete when they contain all 9 essential amino acids in a sufficient
quantity and ratio to meet the body's protein requirements.

• Hemp seed oil may be nature's most perfectly balanced oil. It contains an ideal 3:1
ratio of omega-6's [linoleic acid] to omega-3's [alpha-linolenic acid] for long-term
use, and provides the omega-6 derivative gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).

• No other single food source has the essential amino acids in such an easily

Healing with Hemp

"The following is a written testimony taken from a woman named Bonnie Love about her past conditions, life-threatening health issues and her amazing story of recovery & healing."

In order for you to truly understand my happiness & excitement about my health after finding Versativa's Inspirin & Hemphoria I need to explain how sick & weak I really was.
I will try to make this short.

My name is Bonnie and I'm 64 years old. My mental state began back in 2003 with my father who suffered with dementia. He was taken by his Attorney & CPA that moved him from state to state while they were having him sign everything over to them. I had to get a conservator to get rid of the perpetrators, rather than help they all got together and began selling everything.

Around this time I was put on Zoloft because I was loosing my mind. I found my Dad 14 months later. My point being, I was the only family member who fought this sick legal system. I began wearing down more and more. It was a big fight but I eventually won. Being under the amount of stress I was under, today I believe was one of the main causes of me getting breast cancer back in 2005 which resulted in my breast being removed. Just when I thought I was going to be okay, I was diagnosed with COPD & Emphysema a year later and then lung cancer (Stage2) in June of 2012.

I wasn't sure I had enough energy to fight another battle. I was just so weak!!! I began Pulmanary Therapy in July 2012 and tried eating just salads. I started feeling a little better yet I was still very weak and me not being a quitter, shortly after that was it......I was ready to give up.

During this time I began searching online for help hoping I might get some information to lead me to someone who might be able to help with my health issues. Somebody had to know of something! A dear friend named Ted Fenton lead me to the Gerson Miracle and on to A World Without Cancer. Both were very helpful!

During this time I somehow clicked my way on to Hemp Therapy who specializes in the importance of Hemp Nutrition. After reaching out to Chris I began by taking the Inspirin & Hemphoria on 8-22-12 three times a day. Realize, this is being written not even a month later! To my surprise by day three I was feeling healthy & happy about my new beginning. When Chris asked me the question "what are your thoughts and opinions about Hemp and how it's been benefiting you?", the answer is simple!
Why in Gods name doesn't everybody know about these health benefits that come from consuming Hemp products? The answer became very clear to me.......Ignorance & Greed by our government.........what a shame!

My overall experience has been excellent! I haven't felt this great in quite some time, and I' am very very happy with my results. It would make my heart happy to see all the sick people in this world to feel the health that I have.

STOP World Hunger! Grow HEMP Damnit!

Hey.....sometimes there's certain issues in this world and things that need to be said that cannot be candy-coated! Hence the title.

With that being said, did you know the money spent today on diet ‘fads’ annually, could feed the world’s hungry.....TWICE! Our nation alone is spending millions to lose weight and curb hunger, while people in other countries are starving to death. As a human race, have we disrupted the natural balance of nature?

I'd say that's putting it mildly and even an understatement!

Consider this......Hemp grows so well in so many different areas of the world where there's suffering from malnutrition and impoverishment, such as third world countries, that it doesn't make any sense at all that places like this are starving.

If large scale Hemp agriculture was encouraged in these parts of the world, then farmers could begin to sell this amazing source of food for good prices on the international market, helping to significantly raise their standard of living. At the same time, the seed would provide farmers and their families with a superior high-quality food source.

No other single plant source can compare with the nutritional value of hemp seeds. Both the complete protein and essential oils contained in hemp seeds are in ideal ratios for human nutrition.

For thousands of years Hemp has been a primary food source for people all over the world. Before it was banned in 1937, hemp actually saved both China and Australia from famine during food shortages. Today the United States is the largest importer of hemp in the world, yet we still cannot grow our own.

This is just another example of how we cannot let up on the facts that are staring us right in the face, yet are continually being ignored.

I encourage you if you're not aware to please take a look at why hemp is indeed a superior food source that by all means has a HUGE potential to end world hunger!

If taking a stand for humanity and helping to end hunger here in America is something you would be passionate about, please.....take a quick look at how Versativa & Hemp Therapy are helping to supply Hemp-Based Foods to hungry children across the country and in many other parts of the world.

Until next time.....Take Care of yourselves and each other!

Hemp: The Most Powerful Raw Food Available

Hemp is considered by many to be the "Perfect Food" for human consumption. Due to its ideal 3:1 Omega 6 & Omega 3 ratio, hemp provides the body with an ideal balance of essential fatty acids (EFA's). With the ability to provide every vital EFA for the entirety of a human life there is no other raw food or oil that can match hemp's efficiency and value in regards to our health. Low in saturated fatty acids hemp is the only oil that does not cause acid deficiencies through continual and focused use with an appropriate diet.

Some of the health benefits of hemp include more vibrant skin, increased endurance, inflammation reduction, improved blood sugar, better blood pressure, immune system improvement, pain reduction, weight loss and so much more. It can also help with diseases like arthritis, cancer and those relating to the heart. In addition to the essential fatty acids mentioned above consuming hemp delivers essential amino acids, the rare protein globule edestins and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA-Omega 6) and stearidonic acid (SDA-Omega 3) all of which are crucial to the proper functioning of our body. Hemp is a truly wondrous raw food that should never be ignored. If you are currently not aware of all the benefits of hemp and hemp seed oil it is most definitely a subject that you would be wise to research more thoroughly. Too many people today often overlook its value due to some of the miss-informed stigmas attached to the product. Don't be fooled anymore people!

Hemp seeds and hemp seed oil is not illegal in the United States or most any other countries for that matter. Hemp seeds are 35% protein, 47% fat, and 12% carbohydrates. Hempseeds are packed full of protein, which is helpful to build your body's muscles, tendons, organs, hair, nails, etc. This is especially good for raw, vegan, and vegetarian diets. Hempseeds contain all the essential amino acids and essential fatty acids that are necessary to sustain life. It is increasingly used as a dietary option by those who understand raw food and even by those who are simply looking for a way to live healthier. Going through years of improper propaganda and labeled wrongly by the government, hemp and hemp seed oil are still relatively unknown health foods. To experienced doctors and medical researcher's (The Smart Ones) hemp is one of the most excellent substances for our body both inside and out. It is important to note that like most raw foods hemp is best not heated to high temperatures, if you want to keep it's high qualities. It's become available in a lot of  grocery stores and health food stores and is slowly becoming harder to ignore. As one of the best types of oils ever known to human kind it is both amazing and sad that hemp does not get more press. If you are not including hemp in your daily routine then you are missing out on one of the best available resources today.

For most people hemp is still not a part of their daily diet. Given some of the facts above, we hope you might do a little more research and consider the importance of adding hemp to your diet. Below you will see some of the best consumable hemp products from Versativa and Hemp Therapy's favorites.
